Another important step has taken place: with today the 14th of August 2024, the creation of a limited liability company, “MAT Modular Audio Tools GmbH”, has officially taken place. At the time of this report is still in the process of being founded. “i.G.” means “in Gründung” (in foundation). It will only be complete once it has been entered in the commercial register. But that is only a matter of time and is more or less a formality.
This means that I can now finally continue to develop.
